Office Assistant -Non Traditional Hours

We are seeking an office assistant, preferably bilingual, to work evening and Saturday hours. This will become a full-time position with the move into our new facility (projected Fall 2022).
We are looking for an office assistant who:

would like to work later in the day (M-Thurs. 3-7pm) and on (Sat. 8-3pm)

Would like a work schedule with various types of job responsibilities, (e.g., managing incoming calls, check-ins, back-office tasks.)

Is prepared to work collaboratively in an innovative, fast-paced setting.

Ability to perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks

Coordinate care with other providers, telephone contact with clients and their families, and contact with outside agencies.

Excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to work independently

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to create positive professional connections with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

Proficiency skills in Microsoft Suite Products, including but not limited to Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Word.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and demands

Flexibility to perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Basic and Preferred
Basic Qualifications
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
Experience
One (1) year general office experience without an Associate's Degree. Bilingual in Spanish/ English preferred.
License or Certification
Oregon Driver’s license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual – Spanish

Background in psychology, medical, social or community health.

Familiarity with Electronic Health Records, specifically, Theranest

Advanced skills in Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Word.

Proficient or familiar with Monday.com, Trello, or Asana

Knowledge of local community resources

Effective interpersonal skills to diffuse patients who may become agitated

Ability to work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary team

Ability to manage high-paced practice

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 DOE to start + bonus opportunities
