Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We celebrate the unique life circumstances of our clients and counselors. We listen to learn with curiosity and compassion.  We welcome growth in an accepting environment.
We strive to create a diverse team; pulling from each counselor’s unique identity to make us stronger. We are stronger when we include many voices and experiences, rather than one.
Together, we heal.

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that we live, work, and occupy the lands of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, including Warm Springs, Northern Paiute, Tenino, Klamath, Wasco, Molalla, and Yahooskin. It is our commitment to honor this land, indigenous people, and history by healing the hurting.
