Counselor - Teen & Adult Trauma
(Full Time: 1 position) (*may include eves or Saturday)
Seeking a skilled mental health counselor who is specifically trained, experienced, and has a passion for doing trauma focused work with teens and adults.
Requirements:
Training and practice in EMDR, Brain Spotting, IFS, DBT, ERT, CBT and/or other related trauma focused approaches is most desired.
Familiarity and ease in working with LGBTQIA+ and other underserved populations.
Ability and desire to work collaboratively with a team in an agency setting.
General Qualifications for Counselor positions: (related to current postings)

Education: Completion of Masters Program (MCoun, MFT, MSW or other related degree)

Licensure: Preference for licensed individuals or those very close to completion of hours to be licensed. (*Oregon or reciprocal state for approval)

Associate: Professional Counselor Associate or equivalent registered with OBLPCT

Scheduling: Includes either two weekday evenings, or a shortened Saturday to meet the scheduling needs of our community.

Ideal Experience: Minimum 3yrs or substantial work experience post-graduation, in the role of Counselor.
